The meat grinding blade does not have a cutting edge. The blade is matched with the orifice plate to produce a joint surface, which crushes the meat. The newly purchased blade or orifice plate cannot produce meat, observe the friction marks on the blade or orifice plate. Is there friction marks on the entire surface? If the friction marks are intermittent or there are only a few friction marks on the surface, it indicates that the mating plane is uneven and the matching blade or orifice plate needs to be replaced.

Do not tighten the large nut at the front of the meat grinder too tightly. If it is too tight, the machine load will increase and the blades are prone to wear and breakage.

Is there any wear on the square shaft of the fixed blade orifice plate? Excessive wear can cause the spiral shaft to jump and easily break the blade.

If the blade orifice plate is installed and protrudes partially from the casing, it is considered normal. It cannot protrude and be flush with the casing, so it cannot be twisted out. Buy a gasket from the hardware store, place it behind the blade, and protrude the blade hole plate as a whole.

Есть ли какое-либо износ на квадратном валу фиксированной лопастной заслонки? Чрезмерный износ может привести к выпадению спирального вала и повреждению лопасти.

Если лопастная оросительная решетка установлена и частично выступает за пределы корпуса, это считается нормальным. Она не должна выступать и быть вровень с корпусом, поэтому не может быть вытянута. Приобретите прокладку в хозяйственном магазине, поместите её за лопастью, а затем выведите всю оросительную решетку с лопастью наружу.
